2010 Growth
Even in tough economic times, renewable energy is growing

2010 has, thus far, proven to be yet another year of continued growth for Pipkin Electric in the area of renewable energy.  Increased public interest in renewable energy along with  State and Federal incentives has caused this sector of our business grow by over 75% percent this year alone.  Renewable Energy systems have now become the number one service that we provide our clients.

No Chinese Products Policy
America First!

For many years, Americans have been purchasing Chinese products with complete disregard for both the economic implications and the safety of the people who end up using the products.  Time and again, it has been shown that Chinese products are constructed of vastly inferior components and that many of these materials contain harmful chemicals.  Eric Pipkin says enough is enough.  The almighty dollar is not the most important part of the equation any longer.  We believe that our customers deserve to have materials that are of a high-quality.  While it seems to be impossible to avoid Chinese products 100% of the time, we do our level best.  We will pay and extra 20 bucks to use American-Made fasteners on a project, for instance.  We will not sell or install Chinese wind turbines or solar panels.  While this outlook may not make sense to some business people, we feel that it is important to stand up for what we believe in.  We will do our part to help build a stronger America.

Open House

We currently have no open house days scheduled.  Our facilities are also our showroom, so feel free to call & set up an appointment to take a tour.  There's always something going on here - especially lots of fabricating of parts for jobs.  Our offices us wind, solar pv and solar hot water.

Our Turbine Display Trailer hits the road
Pipkin Electric's Bergey Display Trailer now in Ohio

We recently sold our Bergey Display trailer to Greg Courtney, owner of Wind Turbines of Ohio.  Greg's business is located in Alliance, Ohio.   This trailer was designed and constructed at our facility to display the Bergey Excel Turbine.  The trailer has self-contained hydraulics and power to lift and lower the turbine.  There is no doubt that this trailer makes an impressive display and we wish Greg and his crew the best of luck.
